SkillsUSA  Week

February 1-5, 2027

HAVE YOU MADE PLANS FOR SkillsUSA WEEK ??

It's not too early to start making plans with your students to showcase the many aspects of Leadership and Student Success that are so noteworthy with your students.  Whether your students are showing their leadership through various local activities, preparing for regional/state competitions, developing projects in the classroom, or doing some other extraordinary item, THIS is the perfect time to showcase EVERYONE'S SkillsUSA and classroom activities and successes.

We encourage you to plan activities to follow the daily schedule of events that will be celebrated in chapters nationwide:

Mission Monday - SkillsUSA empowers students to become skilled professionals, career-ready leaders and responsible community members.  Recognize members, advisors, and champions who live the SkillsUSA mission every day. Celebrate and honor members, advisors, administrators, business partners, community leaders and supporters who make a meaningful impact on your CTE program and SkillsUSA chapter.

Tools for Good Tuesday - Use your skills to give back to your school or community.

Real-World Wednesday - Connect students with real industry professionals.  Consider exploring career pathways through SkillsUSA Pathful!

Think Big Thursday - Amplify the skilled trades and CTE in your community by conducting a local public relations activity and advocacy, such as presenting to school board members, administrators or community leaders.

Future Friday - Celebrate your future! Celebrate SkillsUSA by wearing your favorite SkillsUSA shirt, planning a celebration activity or posting your Framework story on social media using the hashtag #SkillsUSAWeek.

Plan now to celebrate all that you and your students do.  And most important, SHOW OFF those accomplishments of your students to your administrators, school board, and your community.
