SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers, and industry working together to ensure that America has a skilled work force. 

 

Both Secondary (High School) and Postsecondary (College) students pursuing Career and Technical Education pathways are elligible for membership in SkillsUSA.  Membership in SkillsUSA provides students with the opportunity to develop leadership and employability skills, compete in industry run competitions, network with employers, and more!

 

In addition to student membership, SkillsUSA also offers Professional membership for instructors, administrators and industry members who have active SkillsUSA chapters or who would like to remain involved in the organization.

 

SkillsUSA also has an active and  growing "Alumni and Friends" Association.  Former members, instructors, and friends of SkillsUSA are invited to join the "Alumni and Friends" Association.  Membership is FREE and will provide you with many benefits.  If you were once a part of V.I.C.A. (Vocational Industrial Clubs of America), you are a part of the SkillsUSA Family and we welcome you into the "Alumni and Friends" Association!  V.I.C.A. was renamed SkillsUSA in 2004 in an effort help others recognize that the organization covers over 130 different trade areas and to emphasize our  focus of providing leadership and employability skill development to our members.
